Sea Slugs
Here's the view from the cliffs right outside of camp. This is about as close as I'd venture towards the seals as the transition from land to seaice is super sketchy at best. However, we could easily watch as they clumsily flopped their way onto the ice and lie there for the day looking like large brown slugs upon the ice. These cracks were also the access point for the Adelie's to get to open water for food, so it was like a non-stop 24/7 penguin highway.
